Deep and mysterious is our universe,
its wonders stretching beyond the reach of knowing.
Unbound by horizons,
our imagination journeys into the infinite,
where possibility knows no boundary
and wonder becomes its own destination.
In the profound silence of eternity,
we feel the gentle yet irresistible pull
of the creative Source
from which all existence flows.
Our earthly avatar gives our wandering spirit
the gravity to experience,
the ground upon which to belong,
and a fleeting home within eternity.
Gravity holds our bodies to the Earth,
while wonder draws our spirits toward infinity.
And there, suspended in the vastness of creation,
we discover that we are neither lost nor alone.
For floating in the endless universe
is much like being held
in the cupped hand of God.
